The drive from East Tennessee to Florida is long, tiring, and — let's be honest — not the way anyone wants to start a cruise or a spring break trip. Our Florida Drop-Off and Pick-Up service solves that completely. Board the coach in Knoxville, relax for the journey south, and arrive at your Florida destination rested, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes next.
This is not a guided tour — it is premium group transportation. No itinerary, no scheduled stops beyond comfort breaks, no tour director narrating the drive. Just a comfortable, safe, professional motorcoach ride from East Tennessee to wherever in Florida you need to be, with a pickup at the end to bring you home.
Perfect for cruise groups departing from Port Canaveral, Port Tampa Bay, or PortMiami. Perfect for spring break groups heading to the beach. Perfect for any group of 30 or more that wants to travel to Florida together without the hassle of coordinating multiple cars, flights, or rental vehicles.
Cruise Port Drop-Off
We deliver your group directly to your cruise port — Port Canaveral, Port Tampa Bay, PortMiami, and more. Board your ship rested and on time.
Beach & Resort Destinations
Spring break, family beach trips, resort getaways — we drop your group at your destination and pick you up when you're ready to come home.
One-Way or Round-Trip
Need a drop-off only? Just a pick-up? A full round-trip? We accommodate all combinations based on your group's needs.
30+ Travelers
This service is available for groups of 30 or more. The more people in your group the better the per-person value — splitting the coach across a full group makes the ride genuinely affordable.
Popular Florida Drop-Off Destinations
We drop off and pick up at virtually any Florida destination. Here are the most popular with our East Tennessee travelers.
Port Canaveral
Gateway to the Bahamas, Caribbean, and beyond — the closest major cruise port to East Tennessee. Home to Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and more.
PortMiami
The cruise capital of the world — more cruise ships call PortMiami home than any other port on earth. Norwegian, MSC, Celebrity, and many more.
Port Tampa Bay
Florida's west coast cruise hub — convenient for western Caribbean itineraries with Carnival and Royal Caribbean.
Panama City Beach
Florida's Emerald Coast — sugar white sand, clear emerald water, and one of the most popular spring break and summer beach destinations on the Gulf Coast.
Clearwater Beach
Consistently ranked one of the best beaches in America — powder white sand and calm clear Gulf water make Clearwater a perennial favorite for group beach trips.
Orlando Area
Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and the full International Drive entertainment corridor — we can drop your group at any Orlando area hotel or attraction.

Our church group of 38 people was heading to Port Canaveral for a Caribbean cruise. Coordinating that many cars to the port was a logistical nightmare until someone suggested Elite Coach & Tours. We all boarded together in Knoxville, arrived at the port together, and started our vacation the right way — relaxed and excited instead of stressed from the drive. Cannot recommend this service enough.
